Our Return & Exchange Policy

Because our items are natural treasures formed by the Earth, each one is entirely unique. To support our independent business while ensuring you are happy with your selection, please review store policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

• 14-Day Limit: All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid printed or digital receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Item Condition & Sealed Items

• Tarot & Oracle Decks: Tarot cards, oracle decks, and book sets must be completely unopened and in their original plastic shrink-wrap. We cannot accept returns on opened decks.
• Original State: Crystals, jewellery, candles, and home decor must be in their original, unaltered condition.
• Final Sale Items: The following purchases cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Sale, clearance, or markdown items.
  • Mystery bags, bundles, or intuitively chosen sets.
  • Intimate items (such as earrings) due to hygiene reasons.

3. The Nature of Crystals

Please choose your pieces mindfully.

• Crystals, minerals, and fossils are natural products of the Earth.
• Natural inclusions, internal fractures, surface bumps/dips, or colour variations are completely normal and part of the stone's unique beauty.
• These natural characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify an item as faulty.

4. Breaks & Damages After Purchase

• In-Store Inspection: We encourage you to inspect your crystals at the counter before leaving.
• Accidents: Because crystals are inherently fragile, we cannot offer refunds, store credit, or replacements for items dropped, broken, or damaged after they leave our shop.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

• Original Payment: Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
